The Parc is located in the city’s most sought-after new neighborhood, the Park District, with the urban scene of Belltown, a scenic waterfront park and the spectacular new outdoor sculpture park, all just blocks away. It is also convenient to the Pike Place Market, the downtown retail district, and the sports and entertainment venues of the Seattle Center.

We are acting as a designer on this project and will be working with clients upon closing, assisting with designs of general audio-video, surround sound
applications and automated window shades.
