The Parc is located in Seattle's most sought-after new neighborhood, the Park District, with the urban scene of Belltown, a scenic waterfront park and the spectacular new outdoor sculpture park, all just blocks away. It is also convenient to the Pike Place Market, downtown shopping and the Seattle Center.

The Music Room is designing and installing Audio Visual systems in many of these units in addition to installing the ever-popular

automated shade systems.

Each of the hotel's 120 units, has a single automated shade in the bathroom with local control for privacy. Many floors have distributed audio throughout all the common areas. As well, each of the boardrooms, conference rooms, the library and banquet space is setup as a distributed audio/video system.

Bellora is a 14 story

building in which our Commercial Division provided Alarm Monitoring as well as the Access Control and the CCTV Camera Systems. Our division,

equipped the Penthouse units with an array of Hi-Tech systems including: Security, Shading Solutions,

Lighting Control,

Distributed Audio/Video

as well as a complete

Control System using the CRESTRON product line.

Cristalla is a 24 story building, where our involvement here,

was ever increasing.

The Music Room Division was involved with most of these condo units, typically providing Shading Solutions and customized Distributed Audio/Video Systems. We also distributed background music in the Lobby and 6^th Floor Public Areas. The 6^th Floor was also treated to a Hi-End Dedicated Home Theater in the lounge area. in all public areas!
