How to Change the Bag

Simply follow the easy steps below to have a fresh, clean power unit.

1. Remove the lid and black rubber gasket.

2. Pull up on the cloth tab to release the cloth support bag and paper bag.

3. Remove the paper bag from the cloth support bag. Dispose paper bag. All debris is in the bag. Below the bag there is green mesh, white foam, and another green mesh (weaved side faces motor). These secondary filters should be shaken out every 3-5 years.

4. Fit the new paper bag around the cloth support bag.

5. Hold up the cloth tab as you reinstall the two bags together into the unit.

6. Reinstall the rubber gasket and lid - and you are done. Good job!
