Position: Sales Assistant
Manager: Rick Strauss, TMR Systems Design and Sales
Pay Scale:$12-$20
Per hour/DOE

The Sales
Assistant position is primarily one of supporting Pro-Comm/The MusicRoom
Systems Design and Sales person, and completion of sales opportunities
forwarded by the manager.
Sales are for
Intelligent High-End Residential Low-Voltage Systems; including but not
limited to Audio/Video, Home Theater, Distributed Video, CATV,
Telephone/Intercom, Lighting Control, Security, CCTV, and Home Integration
systems.
The assistant will
help the manager with:
Designs
Data Entry
Proposals
Create the
appropriate Pro-Comm work order entries into the automated system.
Telephone work
from setup of appointments to sales calls.
The Sales
Assistant will either create the necessary documents and obtain the
appropriate permits, or working with the Plans and Permit Coordinator
insure that the documents are created and the appropriate permits
obtained.
The Sales
Assistant will work with the Inventory Manager to order materials and
schedule possible pickups from local vendors
The Sales
Assistant position consists of:
Creation of Work
Orders
Obtain Permits
where necessary
Send out Letters
of Introduction
Check on Materials
Procurement
Review Scope of
Work and Drawings
Creation of Custom
Proposals and Plans
Coordinate and
Attend Job Walk Throughs
Update information
as needed during and after Job Walk Throughs
Site Checks
Coordinate Change
Orders
Review Billings as
Required
